Home Buyers Need to Pull The Trigger in The Birmingham Real Estate Market

Collier Swecker video blogs about how Home Buyers need to move quickly on quality homes for sale that are priced below the market value. As I have said before, only about 10% of all homes currently for sale in the Greater Birmingham market are priced correctly; but of this 10% we are seeing some great homes priced so great that Buyers need to act quickly if they think that the home is perfect for them. Many Sellers are being forced to move for jobs etc and have to sell for a loss and are pricing for quick sale. Additionally, some banks are actually pricing quality foreclosures in popular areas so well that the home will sell quickly. There are a ton of Home Buyers who are sitting on cash just waiting for these awesome deals, so if you waste time, you will certainly lose out on a great home. If you have any comments or questions about the need for Buyers to write offers quickly when they see an awesome opportunity, email me at Collier@MegaAgentRealEstate.com or visit my website at www.MegaAgentRealEstate.com.
