Birmingham Foreclosure Agents Need To Be Provide Public With More Service and Information

Collier Swecker video blogs about how many of the local Birmingham Foreclosure Real Estate Agents don’t do a good job marketing bank owned homes and are really do a disservice to the buying public and their fellow Realtors. Listing foreclosure properties is a niche market that is served by a relatively small number of agents, who generally only work with foreclosure listings and do not necessarily ever work with Buyers etc. Due to the fact that their clients are institutions and the governmental entities like, FHA etc, these agents tend to only do the bare minimum required of them and do not communicate or market their properties in a manner consistent with other successful agents. Please understand that there are a small number of these foreclosure agents in Birmingham that are absolutely fantastic Realtors, the majority; however, do not live up to the same standards of the few and it is shows!
