It Is Smart to List Your Home for Sale in the Off Season

Collier Swecker video blogs about how smart home sellers either list / keep their home listed in the fall and over the Christmas when so many home sellers pull their home from the real estate market.  Home Sellers and Realtors need to adjust their marketing strategy to understand that this economy has thrown off the traditionally cyclical spring time job market and as a result people are being transferred and/or they are getting new jobs at times other than the Spring in larger numbers than we have ever seen. The folks that have gotten a new job or are relocating really are ready and willing buyers that must find a home. With home inventories shrinking greatly in the Fall and over the holidays, real home buyers have little selection to choose from and will have to choose from the best homes that are available. Don’t you want to be one of the homes that they can choose. In fact, with less inventory available for purchasers, you should be able to get more money for your home.
