Collier was the principal partner of the law firm Swecker and Sparks LLC for 3 years before leaving the law practice for real estate development and sales.

Collier is a native of Yorktown, Virginia and currently resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife, Amanda Capps Swecker. Collier & Amanda are the proud parents to a beautiful daughter, Julia Abigayle. They have one dog named Kramer.


  1. Thanks Collier for the tips! We also would like to add how important it is to get rid of the clutter! The less random stuff in the house, the better. If the seller isn’t ready for the big move yet, we recommend using portable storage containers to quickly get rid of the clutter and have it temporarily stored in a warehouse until the house is sold and they’re ready to move. P.S., your daughter is adorable!
