There is No National Real Estate Market

Collier Swecker video blogs about how home buyers and sellers need to be careful when listening to the national news media’s reporting on the real estate market. Simply put, Collier talks about how there is no such thing as a “national real estate market” much less a “statewide real estate market”. Consumers need to pay attention what is statistically going on in their local market only if they want to put a great buying or selling game plan together. Collier is a native of Yorktown, Virginia and currently resides in Birmingham, Alabama with his wife, Amanda Capps Swecker. Collier & Amanda are the proud parents to a beautiful daughter, Julia Abigayle. They have one dog named Kramer.
