Home Sellers Need to Let the Natural Light In

Collier Swecker video blogs about how important it is for home owners that are marketing their home for sale to make sure that they let as much natural light into the home as possible. We hear from Buyers every day about how well lit a room is or how many windows (or lack thereof) a home or room has. It is such an easy task for sellers to go to every room and open the blinds and curtains before they leave for showings. As I have said many times, home buyers are paying attention to the small details and this is such an important detail that is often overlooked. Good thing is that sunlight is free!
